Auditoría de Cumplimiento en Riesgos Laborales de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Sumac Llacta Ltda., del Segmento 4, Periodo 2021.

ABSTRACT: The compliance audit arises from the need to examine the legal, technical, financial and accounting support documents of the company's operations, in order to determine if the procedures used to established the achievement for the purpose of compliance. the cooperative allow us to achieve better performance and productivity. “THE AIM OF THIS RESEARCH WORK WAS TO CARRY OUT THE REGULAR SAFETY AUDITS FOR COMPLIANCE IN OCCUPATIONAL RISKS AT THE SUMAC LLACTA SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE OF SEGMENT 4 PERIOD 2022”. The methodology applied was of a documentary and descriptive type, as a research technique the survey and interview were applied based on a previously structured questionnaire with 10 questions, the same ones that were applied to a population made up of 30 people who work in the Cooperativa de Savings and Credit Sumac Llacta Ltda., as results, an inherent risk matrix was applied, which showed as findings that the Cooperative did not have an updated matrix for the prevention of occupational risks, contingency and disaster recovery plans for the processes of the health and safety staff ; so that, and they did not establish a specific budget for inputs for the prevention of risks or occupational accidents.
