La cuenta contable prestación de servicios y su efecto en el presupuesto del Hospital Pediátrico Alfonso Villagómez Román, período 2020

RESUME The research brings together aspects such as the problematic situation that starts from the analysis of the Service Provision Accounting Account and concludes in the formulation of the problem; The approach of the objectives is derived from the latter, mainly its effect on the budget of the Alfonso Villagómez Román Pediatric Hospital during the 2020 period, based on the theory that summarizes an analysis of the variables in a conceptual way through the bibliographical research of various authors; In addition, the study discloses the parameters and the research design that has been carried out, being correlational through the verification of hypotheses through Shapiro-Wilk with a result of approval of the null hypothesis, which is significant for the adequate collection of funds. the values in the Accounting Account Provision of Services that positively influenced the budget of the Alfonso Villagómez Román Pediatric Hospital, with data collection techniques and instruments such as interviews and surveys, together with 12 budget documents analyzed; presentation and discussion of results from which the parameters were obtained to achieve an adequate recovery of values for patient care; however, that requires a restructuring, for which it is suggested to comply with what is established in the roadmap in order to achieve the adequate collection process.
