Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The present research work entitled "Administrative management and organizational development in the JURECH period 2019-2021", aims to determine how administrative management affects the organizational development of the Board, for this the hypothetical research method was used - deductive because it began with the observation of the phenomenon to be able to create a hypothesis that will be verified, the investigation is of a descriptive type of non-experimental design since the situation of the Board is described, the population was established to the workers of the administrative area including to the president to be able to extract the most information about the administrative management that is used, which was done through the use of the interview and the surveys. The main results of the investigation reflect that the JURECH has problems in its administrative management and the mismanagement of its human resources that generate problems in its administrative processes and the efficient fulfillment of its functions. Therefore, improvement strategies are proposed to strengthen its administrative management and help internal organizational development. |
