| 要約: | The objective of this article is focused on analyzing the scientific evidence around the post-mortem phenomenon of the pink tooth in forensic dentistry. For the design of this study, a bibliographic review was used, for the search of the publications, the Scopus, PubMed, SpringerLink, World Wide Science, Research rabbit and Google scholar databases were used, selecting a total of 27 articles, with a high quality of scientific content according to the Scimago Journal Ranking or Scimago Journal Ranking (SJR). Among the results, the largest number of investigations on the postmortem pink tooth phenomenon were published in 2017 and 2020, with PubMed being the database with the largest number of articles included, mostly from India, Brazil and the United States. Joined. According to the analysis carried out, the formation of the pink tooth occurs as a consequence of a venous increase and pressure on the dental pulp. On the other hand, the reddish coloration is due to hemoglobin, specifically the oxygen in the hemoglobin located in the red of the blood cells begins to break down and deoxyhemoglobin is produced. It should be noted that all the evidence collected in scientific research and in forensic practice demonstrates that the postmortem pink tooth phenomenon is associated with violent deaths, is an indicator of exposure to environmental conditions of the body, health status of the person in organic status and oxidation capacity of hemoglobin. |
