description | ABSTRACT Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a hereditary chronic progressive pathology in many cases, it causes chronic infections in the respiratory and digestive tracts due to the accumulation of mucus in the lungs and poor absorption of nutrients by the pancreas, this pathology has produced a sin number of deaths in the world group due to the reduction of their life expectancy due to the disease, the objective of the study was to highlight the efficacy of respiratory physiotherapy, in patients with CF and postoperatively, to improve their quality of life , the study methodology was a systematic bibliographic review with the use of the PEDro scale for validation of the studies. The results include the use of conventional physiotherapy, positive expiratory pressure, flutter, PEP mask and mechanical ventilation to improve patients with CF who have undergone lung transplantation, the achievements were improvement in lung function, reduction of the hospital stay, thoracic expansion and pain reduction. The inclusion of these techniques has contributed significantly to the improvement in their quality of life and their daily activities.
