Summary:This researching determined the relationship between video games and the students’ behavior of students from the fifth year of primary general education, parallels A, B, C, D, at Unidad Educativa Nicanor Larrea. The variables of the study, video games are instruments of entertainment with countless designs, which have become a trend today, while the behavior is a social phenomenon that intervenes in the interaction of people. The methodology used in this researching has a qualitative approach, non-experimental design, is type is by level and scope: descriptive and correlational, fundamental objective, place of field, and the kind of study is transversal. The study sample focuses on 140 students, 79 men equivalent to 56,42%, and 61 women equal to 43,57%. The techniques used were an Adhoc survey for the Video games variable. Its instrument is a structured questionnaire, for the behavior variable used the psychometric test technique whit the ESPERI Questionnaire instrument that consists of 47 items and four measures: The Inattention, Dissocial, Predisocial, and Oppositionalism. At the end of this research gave, as a result, a slight level of Inappropriate behavior where an untimely and negative coexistence that damages its daily activities.
