Shrnutí:Traditional media have seen the need to move their content to the web to meet the information, education and entertainment needs of native users and digital immigrants. Therefore, it is essential to create a satisfactory experience for netizens, based on web accessibility and usability; allowing users to access websites quickly without any type of barrier and consume the information and content presented. So the need arose to analyze the web portals of three local media: Radio Hola, Tvs channel 13 and Diario La Prensa to know the level of compliance with the WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines that were adopted in Ecuador, establishing itself as the NTE INEN-ISO / IEC 40500 and at the same time the usability guidelines. We worked with the scientific and analytical method, the type of research is applied and qualitative-quantitative, because three main pages of the portals were analyzed through automatic tools and manually and later a compliance percentage was obtained. As techniques, content analysis with three matrices was used: accessibility, usability and navigation-usability and the interview with experts related to the subject. The results obtained show a low level of what includes accessibility and usability in the three web portals, rescuing the written media portal that gives the highest percentage of compliance.
