It will be analyzed the fact that the report is not a simple document, and is validated as expert evidence, thus influencing a judicial decision that will be very important for the Superior Interest of the Child. Judges belonging to the Judicial Unit of the Family, Women, Children and Adolescents, as well as expert lawyers, who have sponsored cases in the right of children and adolescents of the canton Riobamba, will be participating in this investigation, responding to surveys and interviews that will be formulated for The processing, analysis and discussion of results, for which statistical and logical techniques will be used. The interpretation of the data will be done through induction, analysis and synthesis, therefore, the information gathered will be taken into account in order to be able to observe in the future that the Technical Team and its Report, The life that the child or teenager is going to take. |
