| Shrnutí: | This research project addresses the problem related to the poor development of fine motor skills in children aged 4 to 5 years at Unidad Educativa Compud, which negatively impacts the proper learning of pre-writing. Fine motor skills are crucial for children to acquire skills, coordination, and precision in the fine movements of the hands and fingers, establishing significant connections in the pre-writing learning process. These skills are fundamental since they facilitate the completion of specific tasks in the preschool stage. From this perspective, the study's primary objective was to determine the contribution of fine motor skills to pre-writing learning in children aged 4 to 5 years at Unidad Educativa Compud. Conducting an exhaustive bibliographic review addressing the two study variables was vital. This research used a mixed methodology, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches with a basic design of non-experimental modality and a descriptive level of transversal type. The population and sample included 25 students between the ages of 4 and 5 years and 4 Early Childhood Education teachers. The researcher applied two data collection instruments to students and teachers. After applying these instruments and analyzing the results obtained, it was possible to conclude that innovative and creative techniques and methodologies are not being used to promote the development of fine motor skills in children; consequently, it limits their active participation. Based on the data collected, the proposed solution consists of a didactic guide, which is feasible and viable, allowing the provision of methodological strategies that strengthen the correct development of fine motor skills in children in the pre writing learning process. |
