הוספת תג | סיכום: | The research project is developed based on the deficit of physical space at the National University of Chimborazo, due to the student demand that the institution currently has, that is why it is necessary to expand the facilities in a new campus located in the canton Guano province of Chimborazo. Thus according to the diagnosis made to the cantonal PDOT, the Engineering Faculty is the main area of study of this project, as well as careers related to health and in turn to a request from the institutional authorities for the academic development of it. The purpose of the research project is to carry out the corresponding studies and analyzes for the realization of: MASS PLAN FOR THE NEW GUANO CAMPUS OF THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF CHIMBORAZO, through a methodological process based on a descriptive and field research. Through this proposal, it is intended to improve the infrastructure conditions where the different facilities that will form the new campus for Unach are developed, which consists of 18 bodies including classrooms, laboratories, administration offices, university residence, library, language center, university hospital, green and recreational areas, distributed in a total construction area of approximately 89,000m2 divided into 4 areas. Essential area 57395.15m2, Operational area 7648.37m2, General services area 893m2 and Complementary area 15877.28m2; the same that will allow to reach the excellence of students and teachers. |
