Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | The present investigation is entitled "FAMILY CONFLICTS AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MEDIATION IN THE CITY OF RIOBAMBA", it has originated because the existence of various family conflicts in society is evidenced, which can be resolved through a Center of Mediation. In this virtue, the purpose of the present investigation is to describe if the Mediation Centers are effective for the resolution of family problems. For compliance, the research was developed by treating the constant theoretical framework in 3 units. The methodological design appropriate to a social legal investigation, through the legal-doctrinal, legalanalytical, inductive, descriptive method; qualitative research approach; types of bibliographic and descriptive research; non-experimental research design. Additionally, information has been collected thanks to the research instruments, with which it has been possible to draw conclusions and recommendations according to the problem investigated. |
