Shrnutí:Cultural heritage is one of the main representatives of identity in a place, transmitting a feeling of belonging about customs, traditions, history, and ways of life; as representatives of the tangible cultural heritage, museums transmit values of a cultural nature, encouraging to know the history in multiple ways to appreciate the cultural heritage. The new generations and their way of interpreting the different heritage representations have changed; for this reason, some innovations must be adapted to museums to attract, teach, and create a sense of belonging to culture, art, traditions, customs, and ways of life thus ensuring to maintain each of the characteristic features of the heritage over time. In this study, it was decided to design a proposal aimed at technological innovation, which consists of an audio guide implemented with QR codes and a virtual tour, to create a sense of belonging that ensures the permanence of the characteristic features of heritage over time. The types of research used were Documentary, field, and descriptive. The selected research design was Non-experimental and correlational for data collection. The data collection techniques are observation and survey, and the instrument used was the questionnaire with seven questions on a Likert scale.
