總結:This research entitled "Analysis of the teaching leadership in the academic development of History and Social Sciences Pedagogy at the National University of Chimborazo" emphasizes the problem of whether teaching leadership exists in higher education, what measures are being taken, and what are the standards of professional teaching performance. The general objective determined the influence of teaching leadership in the academic development of History and Social Sciences Pedagogy College at the National University of Chimborazo through a descriptive, non-experimental, and qualitative exploration process to find the existing relationship between the variables of the study. The methodology was descriptive; since pedagogical leadership is studied from the explanation, interpretation, and analysis of educational management. The exploration was carried out using a qualitative instrument such as the survey, which permitted perfecting the answers and deepening the information for the study's objectives. The study incorporated the descriptive type since it measured, detailed, and described the characteristics of the study's variables. It was demonstrated that there is teacher leadership in the school since most teachers have different types of leadership, such as intuitive, ethical, transformational, and innovative leadership. Since these leadership qualities make the academic development of students to be successfully outstanding, permitting the student to continue in constant growth in the workplace.
