Tóm tắt:The purpose of this research was basically to know how the use of ICTs influences the development of the cultural identity of the children of Initial Education II of the Educational Unit. "Dr. Manuel Naula Sagñay ", in order to reach the objectives established in the present research work it was used non-experimental, cross-sectional and field research type that allowed collecting data and studying the causes and effects of the problem. It is also important to point that the preparation of this work helped to establish the referential framework, the problem and its formulation, objectives, justification, as well as to identify the theoretical basis and the operationalization of variables, the methodological framework was developed in which we applied the inductive, deductive, investigative field type, documentary and non-experimental methods, the information was collected from 25 boys and girls between four and five years old, to collect data it was used an observation sheet directed to children whose outcome has made it possible to show the importance of generating in the child the most important level of value of Kichwa identity using ICTs in order to have a statistical analysis and get the conclusions and recommendations. The results are directly focused on how ICTs influence the development of children's Kichwa identity and determine the importance of using technology through activities to enhance development while respecting the Kichwa identity that is practiced in their Educational Institution and the community as is stipulated by the constitution of our country.
