Čoahkkáigeassu:Psychopathy is considered a pathology of antisocial behavior, which affects the personality and the integral development of people (Pera, 2015). The present research aimed to determine the level of psychopathy existing in the students' personality of the Psychopedagogy Career of the National University of Chimborazo. A methodology with a quantitative approach was used for the development, with a non-experimental, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional, and field design. The sample was made up of the 5th, sixth and seventh semesters of the Psychopedagogy career. The sampling was non-probabilistic and intentional, made up of 20 men and 62 women. The technique was the psychometric test, and the instrument was the Hare Psychopathy Assessment Scale (PCL-R). Data was tabulated using the SPSS statistical program, concluding that male students, a type of secondary pathology, generate inappropriate behaviors but come to have feelings of guilt and remorse. While the vast majority of women have a dissocial type, they show a normal personality. They are loyal and emotional, presenting feelings of guilt and affection. Alluding that men have more psychopathic traits than women.
