| Summary: | The research entitled "DISTRIBUTION AND COMMERCIALIZATION SYSTEM OF THE AM-RALEXA DISTRIBUTOR AND ITS INCIDENCE IN THE SALES PARTICIPATION IN THE CITY MARKET OF RIOBAMBA PERIOD 2017" focused mainly on determining the incidence that has had its distribution and marketing system on the preference of the local market, with respect to the competition. For this purpose, several techniques and instruments for collecting information were applied, such as: interviews with employees and customers of the company, interview with the owner manager, as well as a document review process. Among its main results it could be evidenced that: the distribution and commercialization system has influenced its participation in sales with a market preference of 13% over its competition; the company lacks technological tools that allow speeding up inventory management; there is not enough staff for order clearance; effective means of customer service are not used; prioritization in order dispatch has prevented customer loyalty; Lack of clear policies related to business management with customers. Considering this background, a series of strategies were defined, among which are: opening of digital customer service channels and dissemination of information, computerization for the control and dispatch of products, elimination of costs perceived as additional, order dispatch according to criteria of volume and income, and the increase of channels or dispatch lines. |
