Etiketle | Özet: | This research called the influence of coordination and effectiveness in implementing breaststroke in the junior category of Club Lane 4, in the city of Riobamba, in the period December – February 2016, aims to evaluate the influence of coordination. The methodology directed to study the problems was used in the research process, the descriptive approach where possible to verify the coordination aid effectiveness breaststroke, agreeing to present the results, the instrument used for data collection was the chips observation, where it was recorded and detailed development of children. Exercises where there was a major breakthrough was applied as 81% excellently which shows that the application of the exercise guide was successful and helped develop excellent learning breaststroke. Among the most salient findings it can say that the application of the guide is important for the effective development of style in children so it is necessary to recommend coaches Club Lane 4, which applies and thus achieve the objectives raised with swimmers |
