| Yhteenveto: | The topic of this research is Effectiveness of the Perfetti method in stimulating the fine motor skills of children with cerebral palsy, a pathology that affects movement and posture. The objective was to analyze the effectiveness of the physiotherapy intervention based on the Perfetti method for enhancing the fine motor skills of children with cerebral palsy. The research was a bibliographic review in which eight studies that evaluated the effects of the Perfetti method on upper limb functionality were analyzed. No previous research was found that analyzed the effectiveness in fine motor skills of children with cerebral palsy; research from the last ten years was used. The research approach was qualitative, non-experimental, documentary-type design with an exploratory-descriptive level. The result was that the treatment based on this method improves the functionality of the upper limb, reducing dependency and cognitive deterioration in neurological patients, concluding that it is an effective method in the treatment of fine motor skills in children with cerebral palsy. |
