This paper aims to identify how the lack of administrative management affects the company’s organizational development. For this, two types of research are proposed. The descriptive one allows us to determine how the administrative and financial part of the Autocenter company in the city of Riobamba is currently being handled. And the other is the development of the documentary part that allows investigating different sources of information such as books magazines, that is, information that constitutes a fundamental contribution to the research process. For this, several surveys were developed to obtain valuable information on how the administrative part has been working and what its impact on organizational development has been. In the first unit, the historical overview, mission, vision, and values of the Autocenter company in the city of Riobamba are explained. In the second unit, reference is made to the theoretical framework of the main generalities of both administrative management and organizational development. Finally, we have the conclusions and recommendations resulting from the research carried out in this work.
