Summary:The present topic of investigation takes as an aim the determination of the systems of commercialization and demand of consumption of the quinua in the canton Colta, period 2016-2017, for effect the hypothetical method was in use - deductively, as well as the field investigation the one that allowed to identify in a clear way the situation of the producers and consumers of quinua. The population object of study corresponds to 44971 inhabitants, for which it is shaped by a sample of 244 persons, a very significant value of the total of the population of the canton Colta, by means of the application of surveys it came near successfully to the aim raised in the investigation. In the development of the investigation a hypothesis was raised, for the above mentioned checking there was in use the statistical software SPSS with the method of Chi-square, in which the results threw that the commercialization influences in a demonstrative way the demand of consumption of the quinua. This way, one concludes that the systems of commercialization affect significantly in the demand of consumption, but nevertheless there exist other elements that can affect in the consumption of the product and in turn one recommends to involve the producers, wholesalers, retailers and consumers in the system of commercialization to applying in the sale of a product or service this way to support an increasing economy and to contribute to a sustainable and sustainable development to the country.
