| Резюме: | ABSTRACT: This research aimed to collect the most extraordinary scientific evidence on the systematization of physiotherapeutic treatment of pediatric patients with second and thirddegree burns because it is a rare topic. There is no majority percentage of research related to these proposed variables. Therefore, it was prudent to carry out this research to contribute to the research development on this topic. For the selection of the information that this research entails, it was carried out through the analysis and study of 35 scientific articles extracted from different databases such as ScienceDirect ELSEVIER, PubMed, and Word Wide Science, which to be included in the research had to have a minimum six parameters out of 11 required by the PEDro scale (“Physiotherapy Evidence Database”) by which each article had to be rated. Regarding the results of this investigation, a general table was made containing 35 selected articles, the author of each of these, year, original title, title translated into Spanish, qualification according to PEDro, and scientific database where they were found. For a better understanding of the conclusions of each author, the information was divided into pediatric burn patients, physiotherapy effectiveness in burned patients, and physiotherapy effectiveness accompanied by another technique in burned patients. When analyzing the majority of opinions to verify the effectiveness of physical therapy in pediatric burn patients, positive results were obtained because more than 50% of the authors agree that a physical therapist should be present in the multidisciplinary team to treat burns.
