Los Sistemas Gerenciales y su aplicación en la COAC Mushuc Runa sucursal Riobamba

In the present work, a study was carried out on THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND ITS APLICATION IN THE COAC MUSHUC RNA SUCURSAL RIOBAMBA, that allowed having a piece of real knowledge about the influence of the management information systems in the organizations at present and the positive contribution in generates within them. The introduction explains the origins of the Mushuc Runa COAC and its development from the last decade, through a brief explanation and its evolution to what this cooperative means today, detailing the problem at its maximum expression. State of the art begins with the background that exists in the research, to give rise to concepts established by different authors who theoretically base each of the research variables. The methodology creates the type techniques and research instruments, essential for the modern development defining the population and sample object of study to which a survey is applied to obtain timely information on which our research is based. In the final part it is concludes through a proposal for the implementation of a Management System within the COAC Mushuc Runa Riobamba.
