Sumari:This research aims to determine the influence of oratory in the development of macrodestreza speaking children in the Third Year of General Basic Education "B" of the establishment Dr. Arnaldo Muñoz Merino, Lizarzaburu parish, canton Riobamba, Chimborazo province , 2013-2014. This research is structured in six chapters in the first part the problem correctly described as found in reality then the objectives: general and specific that express the following specific aspects: to investigate the techniques used by teachers in the development of macrodestreza talking and analyze the development of macrodestreza speaking children third year, the same as determined results; also the justification and importance of the research is done, then the theoretical framework of the Speech and macrodestreza to speak, in the same way detailed the hypothesis raised was: oratory influences the development of macrodestreza talking. The methodology was applied during the investigation was the scientific method emphasizing the inductive, deductive, analytical synthetic methods, while the type of research that was worked during execution: descriptive, exploratory and correlational; research design was literature and field. The population was studied the 41personas formed, made up of 4 teachers and 37 students. For data collection techniques was used as the survey questionnaire which was formulated with multiple-choice questions directed at teachers, observation sheets also applied to students. In this research the hypothesis testing whose results helped us establish the conclusions and recommendations made. With the results of the research proposal speaker Manual child who will be a guide for teachers with which students learn one of the macrodestrezas language and literature developed.
