| Ամփոփում: | The objective of this research work is: To analyze the degree of participation of the teacher as a promoter of the development of soft skills for the fulfillment of the life project in the students of preparatory and elementary GBS of the Sicalpa Educational Unit during the 2022-2023 school year. It was based on the research project of the Basic Education career of the National University of Chimborazo and World Vision. Where it was possible to observe some deficiencies of the teacher at the time of teaching the class, therefore, it can be said that intellectual development alone is not enough. In view of this, it was proposed to apply a workshop of teaching strategies with playful activities, with a qualitative approach, of exploratory and descriptive scope, by the applied objective, by the place of field, bibliographic and a transversal study. The population consisted of 20 teachers of the Sicalpa Educational Unit, the sampling was non-probabilistic, the techniques were the survey with the questionnaire instrument and the interview with the question guide instrument. It is concluded that the teacher plays a fundamental role in the development of soft skills in students and their impact on the fulfillment of the life project that will allow them to overcome adversities both at work and academically in a conscious and effective way. It is recommended to continue constantly executing the ludic strategies taught in the workshops for the acquisition of creative skills in educators, focused on the fulfillment of life projects established by each student. |
