Додати тег | Резюме: | : The present research has been carried out taking into account the file management systems used by different departments of the SOLCA Riobamba Oncology Unit, which has not been completely satisfactory results, as the use of traditional or manual methods difficult to some out point out the activities in an efficient and effective and where the main objective is to provide quality care to clients. The purpose of this research is to achieve changes in the different areas as the emergence of the corporate image, but above all make providing quality service to everybody who arrives to the Oncology Unit SOLCA Riobamba. The methodology used in this research was deductive, because it comes from general from facts that were determined with real facts and through the observation and implementation of surveys and personal interviews, the existing shortcomings in also on the service management file as users receive. Updating knowledge in the hands of moderrn technology, they have become instruments for organizational development, which certainly derives all that if the human and technological resources goes hand in hand, it will be decisive for the success of all those who are part of Riobamba SOLCA of the Oncology Unit. |
