La cartera de crédito y el riesgo crediticio de la COAC occidental del cantón Pujilí, periodo 2017-2018

This research work on the credit portfolio and credit risk of the Western COAC of Canton Pujili, during the 2017-2018 period, is distributed as follows; The first part consists of a referential framework in which fundamental aspects of the project are reflected, such as the problem statement, the justification and the objectives. The second part of the research refers to the State of the Art, which is composed of both the generalities of the Cooperative, as well as the development of each of the variables (dependent and independent). For the development of this research, the financial indicators and a horizontal and vertical analysis of the years under study have been applied, in addition the hypothetical-deductive method was used, using the descriptive research approach of non-experimental design; The internal customers of the Cooperative have been identified as a study population in order to collect complementary information on the credit portfolio and credit risk through the application of a survey and an interview. Within the methodology, specific procedures are applied to determine the findings, which are supported in the surveys, while in the result and discussion the respective analysis and interpretation of the field research carried out is performed, which in turn allowed the hypothesis to be tested raised. Finally, he issued the respective conclusions and recommendations regarding the results obtained, so that the manager and the officials in charge of the credit area of the Western COAC of Canton Pujilí, can make the corresponding decisions for the benefit and development of the organization.
