Etiketle | Özet: | The present investigation is entitled "THE CRIME OF SCAM IN THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF LOTS OF lands IN THE CITY OF RIOBAMBA", and has originated because of citizen complaints that have been made due to the lack of fulfillment of the promise of sale, for what, this action for certain people is seen as a crime of fraud. In such virtue, the purpose of the present investigation is to describe what this criminal type is and if its actions are subsumed to the fact of the breach of the promise of sale. For compliance, the investigation was developed in two parts: first by treating the constant theoretical framework in 3 units called: the first, the crime of fraud in the sale of lots of lands; the second, referring to the promise of sale; and the third on the legal parameters that allow reducing the commission of the crime of fraud. The methodological design appropriate to a social legal investigation, through the inductive, deductive, historical-logical, legal-doctrinal, legal-analytical, and descriptive research method; mixed research approach; types of bibliographic field, and descriptive documentary research; non-experimental research design. Additionally, information has been collected thanks to the research instruments, with it having been possible to draw conclusions and recommendations according to the problem investigated. |
