Sumario:ABSTRACT: The present research aims to determine the demand and access to microcredits in the female population in the Juan de Velasco parish, Colta canton, Chimborazo province; Identify the causes, consequences and strategies that contribute to generating opportunities for the female population to access microcredits in better conditions, taking into account their context, as a tool that allows them to strengthen their knowledge and capacities, reduce gender gaps and violence against women. which are exposed. The research was descriptive, correlational, documentary and field, the research design was non-experimental because it is studied in an established period with a segmented group to measure the relationship between variables in a specific time. The field information was obtained through surveys with the application of a questionnaire to the women of the communities of Centro Poblado, Ajospamba, Rumipamba, Tepeyac Bajo and San José de Pinipala, the same that processed in the Excel program, the statistical model used was a linear regression that allowed associating and relating the independent variable access to microcredits and the dependent variable demand for microcredits, identifying that there was a correlation between them, which is why the constitution of a Rural Financial Structure (EFL) with products is proposed. aimed at women, identifying their demands and requirements that promote the development of enterprises from their interests that generate economic income, establishing spaces for dialogue and reflection on the situations that affect them, strengthening their knowledge about rights, motivating the enforceability and restitution of the same, and reduce the violence to which they exposed.
