| Summary: | ABSTRACT This study was conducted at Consejo de la Judicatura in Riobamba. The study aimed to analyze resilience and coping strategies. This research was carried out with a group of one hundred workers aged 30 to 65. The study was a quantitative field study at the descriptive level of investigation and a non-experimental cross-sectional study. The research instruments were the resilience scale inventory with 14 items to identify resilience levels and the coping strategies inventory (CSI)to determine the mechanisms participants used to face the Covid-19 pandemic. The research instruments were systematized on Google forms and sent to participants through a link. The results suggested that resilience was high for participants, 69%. Regarding coping strategies, the most outstanding strategy participants used to face the pandemic was social support 52%. Finally, results showed that adequate adaptation and coping were evident during the pandemic. According to the information obtained in this study, we devised a psycho-educative intervention proposal through a workshop and an informative brochure.
