Sumari:The present study called “Artistic Management Strategy of the Promotion of the students of the Arts and Humanities Career of the UNACH, at the Riobamba Museum and Cultural Center, province of Chimborazo, year 2023”, focuses on visualizing and promoting artistic works made by students within a space suitable for artistic appreciation such as the Riobamba Museum and Cultural Center. All of this developed in this research, which consists of six chapters, of which, based on the collection of information, we were able to obtain as a result that there is a need to create strategic alliances through which the career, through its students, can be recognized and at the same time participate in different artistic and cultural events in its other branches in addition to the mutual support that they entail, after carrying out our management work and working together with the Riobamba Museum and Cultural Center we were able to rescue and revive all its rooms through cach of its themes, which will be shown later using artistic works made by the students of the degree who went through a rigorous selection process for the exhibition.
