It aims to understand how beneficiaries use this bond and whether it helps improve their quality of life. To obtain the necessary information, surveys related to the topic were conducted. The Human Development Bond is a program designed to reduce the economic and social poverty of families, ensuring a decent lifestyle, including access to adequate food, education, health, basic services, and housing. It promotes social equity, thereby improving household well-being and generating a positive impact on family economies. The research followed a hypothetical-deductive approach. The survey technique and questionnaire instrument allowed us to tabulate data and assess the effectiveness of the Human Development Bond on the quality of life of families in the province of Pastaza. The main findings from the surveys indicated that 71% of beneficiaries primarily use the Human Development Bond for food. Additionally, the bond facilitates adequate access to health, education, housing, and, to a lesser extent, basic services. This demonstrates that the Human Development Bond does contribute to improving the quality of life of families in the province of Pastaza. This research proposed an action plan to evaluate the effectiveness of the Human Development Bond in the province of Pastaza, aiming to improve the quality of life of families. It highlights the implementation of a rigorous monitoring and evaluation system to ensure the bond effectively reaches the most needy families and has the intended impact on their living conditions. |
