Shrnutí: | Introduction: Noncommunicable or chronic diseases are long-term conditions that generally evolve slowly and are not transmitted from person to person. These diseases affect all age groups and represent a heterogeneous group of conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, among others; constituting a public health problem because it is a cause of morbidity, within the framework of the aging process of the population in our country and due to the unhealthy way of life. Objectives: To carry out a study of protocols, bibliographic reviews and studies carried out by the Ministry of Public Health and the World Health Organization on the integrated management of primary health care in patients with chronic non-communicable diseases. Material and methods: This study will use the descriptive, documentary, non-experimental method, according to the temporal sequence it is of the transversal type, through the information obtained from management protocols, prevention plans, reports and magazines, of the Ministry of Health and the Health Organization. Conclusions: After having carried out the bibliographic review, it can be safely established that the most important Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases are Diabetes, Arterial Hypertension, obesity, alcoholism and cerebrovascular disorders, because once their concepts are defined there is a great relationship among the factors that predispose its development and therefore contribute to the growth of the statistical percentages of the INEC. |
