Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | One of the legal forms in Ecuador is public limited company in order to start an economic activity, conduct a legal, doctrinal and critical study. Legal procedures to constitute a public limited company and the benefits and harms of this type of company, were some of the reasons for this research. The problem was studied from a qualitative approach, for that reason the inductive, analytical and descriptive method were used. It is a basic, documentary - bibliographical, descriptive research and non-experimental design. The population involved executive and officials of the Superintendence of Companies, the Commercial Registry, Chamber of commerce, Chamber of Small Industry and attorneys specialized in commercial law from Riobamba city. To whom a questionnaire of 18 closed and open-ended questions was applied. The results of the research establish that Guayas, Pichincha and Azuay province register the largest number of public limited companies. Whereas the provinces with the lowest number of public limited companies are: Chimborazo, Bolivar and Pastaza. These aspects are affecting positively and negatively in social and economic development. |
