Περίληψη:This work presents the design of an application of an early warning for natural disasters of volcanic origin for digital terrestrial television under the Ginga middleware. This study designs an early warning system for natural disasters of volcanic origin in the third zone of Ecuador in the ISDB-Tb standard. The VillageFlow server is used to generate a Transport Stream with encoding, multiplexing, interactivity and modulation parameters, these parameters were configured in order to emit the Ginga application of early warning in case of a real emergency situation.
