“RELACIONES INTERPERSONALES EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA “COMBATIENTES DE TAPI”, RIOBAMBA, PERÍODO OCTUBRE 2018 – MARZO 2019.”

The objective of this research was to determine the main characteristics of interpersonal relations in the students of the Second of the Unified General Baccalaureate, parallel "B" and "C" in the Educational Unit "Tapi Fighters", Riobamba, Period October 2018-March 2019. Methodologically the research design is not experimental. The nature of this researching field, bibliographic, transversal; by the level of analysis is descriptive. The sample was unintentional probabilistic nature establishing with 65 students. The technique was the psychometric test and the instrument the BAS Questionnaire-3. Whereby the collection of data could be carried out to order conclude that it was analyzed that retraction is the dimension that prevails most in students, the same that they move away positively as negatively from the others. It could find when students have a problem they prefer to stay away from their classmates and solve their physical and emotional conflicts alone; the control of students in social relations, because they can stop actions of aggressive behavior, taxation and stubbornness, but they can also stop those positive ones like the observance of social rules and norms.
