| Streszczenie: | ABSTRACT: The research project was developed in the type of bibliographic review, it consisted in the compilation of scientific documents of great magnitude regarding the subject of physiotherapeutic intervention in children with Pompe disease, based mainly on exercise which includes a series of training for the respiratory muscles, exercises to strengthen lower limbs and enzyme replacement therapy which combined with exercise shows great results in children. It was carried out through the analysis of scientific evidence, whose population were patients with Pompe disease, the information was collected in the following databases: Scielo, PubMed, Science Direct, Elsevier, Springer link, PeDro and Google academic obtaining 87 scientific articles of which 28 articles were estimated, of which 21 were used for the results and discussion and 7 for the development of the introduction of the research, since these met the exclusion and inclusion criteria and had scores 6 or higher than this on the PEDro scale, the articles are in languages such as English and Spanish. After the investigation of the different ones, the proposed objective of evaluating the physiotherapeutic intervention in children with Pompe disease was achieved, since exercise programs and enzyme replacement therapy considerably improve the quality of life of the patient by relieving symptoms related to the disease focusing on the needs of each individual diagnosed.
