Sumari:The objective of this research is to analyze and publicize the incidence generated by the independent variable, taking into account the factors that have contributed to increase public spending on education in some countries over time. It has been shown that public resources have been allocated in greater amount to the Education sector, however it is important to consider that the increase in the budget allocation does not guarantee an improvement in the education of society, so in the present investigation explained the impact of public spending on education in the countries that make up the CAN. In the methodology, the deductive and analytical method was applied; subsequently, the panel data was considered as a population from the year 2000-2015. Information provided by each country of the Andean Community of Nations was used for this purpose. In the present investigation it was possible to conclude that when the education level was constituted as an indicator of access to education service by the population, it was evident that government intervention in this sector is essential for the improvement of the productive apparatus of each country, through training for the strengthening of human talent, which was observed in the ordinary least squares model applying panel data in which it is determined that public spending on education has a positive high incidence in the level of primary schooling, so Both the statistical evidence allows us to infer that public spending on education has a positive and significant impact on the level of primary education in the CAN countries.
