Resumo:The Problem of research on the theme; oratory in the development of learning skills macro Children talking 5th year of Basic General Education Intercultural Bilingual Education Unit "Heart of the Nation" Lizarzaburu Parish, Canton Riobamba, Chimborazo Province, 2013-2014.se period should to the school teachers do not use basic strategies to develop learning skills macro speak. With the objectives in this research work, we proceeded to the collection of documents that allowed organizing information to begin with a review of literature on, oratory, the theoretical framework, l his theories were analyzed and their relation to practice. Scientific and exploratory research: for the collection and analysis methods were used like him. The techniques and instruments applied were: Survey aimed at students, Interview teachers to get their views on the macro oratory skills of speaking. With the results obtained after having completed the investigation is achieved conclude that 100% of respondents say that the speech generated our strongest thought to defend our ideas and our actions; just enough to know how to evaluate our strengths and allow fear to express verbally, which are results that allowed achieve the objectives set at the beginning of the research process, consequently the hypothesis failed. Conclusions were developed and proposed recommendations. To conclude with the proposal that was the application of a methodological guide speaking to the learning process of the macro skills of speaking, for this activity to activate the ancient learning and relate new. Finally, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are presented. The main conclusion was; Children 5th year basic education of bilingual intercultural education unit "Heart of the Nation", based on the methodological guide gives us a sea of lights in our darkness of fear, because the child is a being is a thinking capable of changing the world through ideas, all it takes is plunge into the world of eloquence. It is true that there are many born speakers, but it is also true that more speakers that have formed through learning processes, both as a psychological academic level.
