टैग जोड़ें | सारांश: | ABSTRACT: The present study aims to describe personality traits and level of sexual satisfaction and develop an intervention plan for municipal workers of the Autonomous Decentralized Government of Riobamba. The work focuses on a quantitative, documentary, and bibliographic approach, with a cross-sectional and non-experimental design, at a descriptive level. The study was conducted with a sample of 258 workers belonging to the GADM-R, who were previously administered the Personality Questionnaire (SEAPSI) and the New Sexual Satisfaction Scale (NSSS). The results reflected that the prevalent personality traits are the histrionic trait at 17.8%, the avoidant and dependent traits at 15.9%, and the paranoid feature at 14.3%. Regarding levels of sexual satisfaction, low satisfaction was reported by 43.8% of participants, while was reported very high satisfaction by 31.8%. Based on these results, an intervention plan was developed aimed at providing psychoeducation on personality traits and their particularities, as well as promoting a healthy sex life by proposing techniques to improve its quality. |
