Descripció
Sumari:ABSTRACT: The human papillomavirus (HPV), is involved in most premalignant and malignant lesions of the cervix, it is considered the main sexually transmitted infection. The present bibliographic review was carried out with the objective of determining the nursing actions, focused on the management of care in pregnant women with HPV according to different authors. The information was obtained from 58 bibliographic documents selected and published in the scientific bases: Scielo, Dialnet, Scopus, Pubmed, Elsevier, Virtual Health Library, ProQuest, Google Scholar, as well as national and international organizations published in the period 2016-2021. To address the management of care in pregnant women with HPV, the main risk factors were determined, those associated with the sexual behavior of the woman and her partner, as well as the protective factors that prevent its appearance; the main nursing cares were identified according to the criteria of different authors while their coincidences were established; after that, its relationship with the NIC taxonomy was determined; the most relevant interventions are: sexual counseling, education on safe sex and information regarding diagnostic tests; Both the author coincidences and the NIC activities were focused on risk factors, promotion of protective factors and the management of emotional care for pregnant women with HPV. Finally, it is concluded that care during pregnancy with HPV as well as counseling for the couple and gynecological control are elementary, for which a care proposal was made.
