添加標簽 | 總結: | This research was conducted in order to demonstrate that the determination of glucose, amylase, lipase in blood helps in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis in patients treated at the Oriental Hospital during the period from January to June 2014. The study was type descriptive - explanatory, with a sample of 15 patients selected by inclusion criteria. The information was obtained from medical records of patients, data were recorded in the observation sheet and organized into categories indicating the indicators required to give a detailed overview of the study, then proceeded to tabulate information, determined that the higher percentage of patients with acute pancreatitis corresponded to the female gender with 60% and most predominant age was from 46 to 55 years with a percentage of 33%. The most common clinical manifestation in patients with acute pancreatitis was epigastric pain irradiated shaped belt 100%, 73% also presented vomiting, bowel sounds decreased 33% and 20% fever. |
