Diseño de un modelo de Gestión del Complejo Turístico Tambo-Capil, cantón Penipe, provincia de Chimborazo, para impulsar el Desarrollo del Turismo rural.

Development management model resort Tambo Capil, Penipe Canton, Chimborazo province, for rural development boost tourism, aims to deliver an administrative tool as a basis for its authorities to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, economy and preserving the environment, while providing new entertainment options to visitors and boosting rural tourism with the participation of the inhabitants of the parish of Puela Pungal area of influence holiday resort. To this goal, the research of the theoretical framework that allows review from literature, define concepts and theories of researchers and authors of works related to this subject to ensure proper implementation and support of management theories of rural tourism in the project. For the development of the scientific research method was employed, from the systematic research and observation, for which interviews were conducted with the cantonal and parish authorities and inhabitants of the parish of Puela Pungal whose end result can prove the feasibility of the research and concludes this point with the lifting of a tourism inventory Pungal Puela Parish, which serves as a reference for the reader to identify the potential of the region promoting rural tourism with the support of public and private institutions and intervention of the inhabitants of this sector. Finally, the proposed management model is presented COMPLEX TOURIST TAMBO CAPIL, allowing community participation through integration of alternative rural tourism, which will allow local enterprises to develop generate new sources of income as an alternative socio economic development in an area with high economic contraction
