Estudio de Factibilidad de un Centro de Acopio de Leche de Ganado Vacuno en la Comunidad Llallanag, Parroquia Tixán

The purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of creating a cattle milk collection center in the Llallanag community, Tixán parish, Alausí canton, Chimborazo province, analyze the future demand, the best alternative for the installation of the collection center, analyze the costs and expenses that were incurred in the creation of the project, and evaluating the total investment based on the accepted financial coefficients. For this, the quantitative methodology was applied, in addition to a bibliographical field study with a non-experimental design, in which the survey technique was applied and interviews with small milk producers for data collection, the same that helps us to determine a market niche, that allows us to collect and distribute milk. Verifying the feasibility study, it has these indicators: Present Net Value (PNV) for five years will obtain the result of $ 26.291,60 according to what was resolved, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 15,45%, the Benefit Cost is $1,21 and the Capital Recovery Period is three years; thus the project is feasible
