סיכום:Being able to provide a quality service to the client becomes a priority for both public and private institutions and therefore working with a team of prepared, efficient and committed employees, will establish a competitive environment with other institutions and will therefore allow have optimal results that meet the objectives set by the institution. The service to the client takes much more importance when it comes to the attention to the health, towards the settlers of a certain sector since this is an incalculable good, taking major notoriety when dealing with a governmental entity where the quality, efficiency must be guaranteed and effectiveness in the provision of health services, framed to people. According to the National Directorate of Quality of Health Services, with the purpose of achieving excellence in the service offered by the entity. Therefore, when conducting this research work we can determine the level of satisfaction of the service provided by District 15D02 El Chaco-Quijos Salud in its different operating units and thus establish a continuous improvement in the service, taking into account that for this the correct management of Administrative Management will be fundamental, and may recommend taking actions with respect to the indicators found with deficiency that do not allow the optimal and adequate functioning of the entity and thus the organization can achieve its stated objectives.
