总结:The current research through a situational diagnosisis directed towards verifying the influence of human talent management in the employee's job performance at“Manuel Esteban Godoy Ortega" Ltda, Savings and Creditunion; the determination of the factors that influence job performance and the development of a proposal that adapts to the needs of the cooperative, consideringthe main problem: "The poor job performance of COOPMEGO workers at Latacungacanton agency.It is necessary to enhance the skills and knowledge of workers to achieve better performance. Regarding the theoretical foundation, the variables (management of human talent and work performance) and their respective dimensions were analyzed, through the study of several authors referring to the research topic. The research is descriptive, explanatory, purposeful, field, and bibliographical, not experimental because it responds to the stated objectives and has a mixed approach (quantitativeand qualitative). It was decided to work with the entire study population because the finite universe is very limited, and the data obtained would not be favorable if the formula was applied to determine the corresponding sample. For the analysis and statistical representation of the results, tables and graphs were used regarding the results obtained. Through the verification of hypotheses, it was determined that the management of human talent significantly influences the work performance of COOPMEGO workers, therefore, it is important to periodically develop training programs to improve existing shortcomings and enhance the skills of employees. workers, taking into account the proposal of this document.
