“Masturbación en estudiantes de tercero de bachillerato de la unidad educativa “Amelia Gallegos Díaz”. Riobamba. Marzo-Julio 2017”.

This investigation came from after detecting adolescents with a lack of masturbation awareness. The aim of this research is to investigate the level of “Amelia Gallegos Diaz “Unidad Educativa at “A” paralled, in Third year baccalaureate, from Riobamba city during March- 2017 . Theorecally speaking, this research is based on masturbation which responses to a drive that is, either a corporal rebirth necessity or a desire complacency through the caress of organs. In the frame of methodology this is not an experimental research neither in the field. It is a diagnostic and exploratory instead since the scientific method was applied through deductive and inductive methods. There were thirty-three students as part of the whole population from third year baccalaureate in “Amelia Gallegos Diaz” Unidad Educative. The sample was intentional non-probabilistic since it worked with the whole population. A survey and a questionnaire were the techniques. The reach conclusion is that students have empirical knowledge about masturbation and a lack of scientific knowledge; therefore , they have a low level of understanding . It is suggested that teachers and parents should emphasize on this topic since it is relevant for the development of students.
