Περίληψη:Muscle skeletal diseases affect a large number of people worldwide. These are caused by the exposure of workers to ergonomic risks, becoming one of the main problems of companies. This research aims to study ergonomic hazards in the microenterprise "industries MN" by applying the ergonomic survey. The seven positions should be evaluated for forced postures and 2 for lifting loads. The RULA and OWAS methods were used for forced poses and NIOSH and GINSHT for lifting loads. With the RULA method, the result was that six workers were exposed to an intolerable risk, 3 to a significant risk, and 1 to a moderate risk. Using the OWAS method, it was determined that in positions 2,4,6, and 7, there are positions with risk levels of 3 and 4, requiring immediate corrective actions. The finished product and dispatch warehouse position were evaluated using the NIOSH method. The Lifting Index is 5.22, indicating that if LI is greater than or equal to 3, the task will cause problems for most workers, and the study must be modified. The GINSHT method evaluated the raw material warehouse and the finished product warehouse and dispatch. In the two assessed jobs, it gave us an unacceptable risk because the actual weight of the load was more significant than the excellent weight. Therefore, corrective measures are necessary. A manual for mitigating musculoskeletal diseases to improve working conditions was prepared.
