Podcast como herramienta para el aprendizaje en Prostodoncia.

Communication is essential in the learning process because it makes it easier for teachers to share thoughts and points of view with students and vice versa. To this end, we promote and use different tools; in this case, we combine audio and video materials to create communication and enrich the presentation. The podcast is an audio file for learning purposes; it is consolidated as a pedagogy option that facilitates the learning experience; it was created through didactic planning so that it is effective and sequential. The main objective is to develop a podcast's commercial brand, format, and script as a learning tool in prosthodontics. The podcast's name was selected after a creative idea-generation process using brainstorming to explore various options. Subsequently, the most appropriate proposals for the target audience were evaluated and selected. The podcast recording was carried out in the television laboratory of the UNACH communication degree, using a specific script for television. Editing and post-production were carried out with Adobe Premiere software in the editing center of the TV laboratory. The pilot was later published on YouTube and Facebook. The podcast was developed with its trademark "Dental Archive" and the slogan "the academy in your ears" in an educational format with a television script in two columns that was published on digital platforms, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The podcast's development allows us to analyze different structures so that the dental community remembers and validates the brand. Furthermore, it confirms the importance of using new learning tools that stimulate curiosity and knowledge through technology. The publication of the podcast on platforms such as YouTube and Instagram also plays a crucial role, expanding the reach and accessibility of the content to a more diverse and global audience, thus facilitating a more outstanding educational and promotional impact in the dental field.
