Тойм:The Teacher´s goal is that the student get engaged with the new knowledge, the current work is about the use of concrete material and learning of mathematics applied to the students of seventh year, remarking the use, creation, handling of the concrete material in order to reach meaningful learning, where the student is the main character of the knowledge. Additionally, different materials developed according to the covered topics during the first midterm are presented which will boost this research work. The aim of this work is that teachers switch from traditional, resistant and passive methods to propose activities in which the students figure out the learning content and so they can solve problems of their daily life. The methodology used in this research work was experimental, it used all the universe divided in two groups: the control and experimental groups, in order to prevent the margin of error when using a single sample, the aim was recording the incidence of the use of concrete material in math acquisition, to do so, it was taken into account that in the first block both groups had acceptable grades and when applying the concrete material with the experimental group, their average grades increased compared to the control group which worked with traditional classes.
