| Özet: | The main objective of this research work is to determine the impact of the Institutional Communication of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Morona Santiago Province (DAGP "GADP") through Facebook on Public Opinion in the inhabitants of the Morona canton, June-December 2017; for the development of this research we analyzed how the institutional communication of the Morona Santiago (DAGP "GADP") is developed through Facebook, through a state of the mt based on the functionalist theory and the model of Wilbur Schrmnm. The research was based on the inductive-deductive method and scientific method, where the incidence of institutional c01nmunication in the public opinion of the inhabitants was measmed, through 396 applied surveys, based on a non - experimental design because the vm"iables were not they were manipulated; This allowed us to identify the following findings: 73% of the population knows the Facebook page of Morona Santiago's (DAGP "GADP"), and 77% believe that the information disseminated through the Facebook page generates public opinion, based on these results concludes that the institutional communication of the Morona Santiago (DAGP "GADP") th.rough Facebook, affects a high percentage of the population in the generation of public opinion and therefore the application of the manual of c01nmunication strategies for the social network Facebook presented inthis work, to improve institutional communication through the social network Facebook. |
